The weekly routine of Danny Wood’s workout.

Monday: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (back and biceps), 10mins of stretching then a quick change and 120mins (32 rounds) and an #intense #ab routine;

Tuesday: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (legs and shoulders), 10mins of stretching;

Wednesday: 30mins HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (chest and triceps), 10mins stretching then a quick change and 130mins (36 rounds) of boxing training with an intense #ab routine;

Thursday: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (back and  biceps), 10mins of stretching;

Friday: 30mins of HIIT cardio treadmill, 30mins strength training (legs and shoulders) then a quick change and 135mins (36 rounds) of boxing training. Danny mentioned, “I have been challenging myself with my abdominal workouts”

Saturday: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (chest and  triceps), 10mins of stretching;

Sunday: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (back and  biceps), 10mins of stretching.
