Monday 01: 1stworkout: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10mins stretching; 2ndworkout: 140mins (32 rounds) of boxing training;
Tuesday 02: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training, 10mins stretching;
Wednesday 03: 1stworkout 30mins of HIIT cardio on real stair-master, 30mins of strength (legs & shoulders) and 10mins stretching; 2ndworkout: 125mins (31 rounds) of boxing training and an intense ab routine with ????hanging leg raises;
Thursday 04: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10mins stretching;
Friday 05: 1stworkout: 35mins of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30mins of strength training (back & biceps) including 9 sets of pull ups/chin ups; 2ndworkout: 130mins (32rounds) of boxing training an intense ab routine, including 100 hanging leg raises;
Saturday 06: 35mins of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30mins of strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10mins stretching;
Sunday 07: 35mins of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30mins of strength training (chest & triceps), 10mins stretching;
