Here’s the last weekly routine of Danny Wood’s workout on the road! The Mixtape Tour is over, but now it’s time to get ready for the NKOTB cruise in the Spring of 2020. Get your #CruiseControl on!

When Danny shared his last workout session on the road, he said, “#LongTermGoal reached! I got my workouts in everyday of this tour!” Needless to say: set your goal, no matter how small you think it might be, and work for it, sweat for it. Step by step you’ll get there! You know you will 😉

Monday 08: 92 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (back & biceps), and 10 minutes stretching;

Tuesday 09: 100 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (legs, shoulders & abs), and 10 minutes stretching;

Wednesday 10: 100 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10 minutes stretching;

Thursday 11: 100 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (back & biceps) including 10 sets of pull-ups/chin-ups, and 10 minutes stretching;

Friday 12: 101 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10 minutes stretching;

Saturday 13: 102 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10 minutes stretching;

Sunday 14: 102 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (back, biceps & abs) with 10sets of pull-ups/chin-ups; ending with 10 minutes stretching.
