The weekly routine of Danny Wood’s workout.

Monday 02: 60 minutes of HIIT cardio on the treadmill (7.40 miles), 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps), 10 minutes stretching;

Tuesday 03: 30 minutes of HIIT on stair-master & 30 minutes of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (back & biceps) and 10 minutes stretching;

Wednesday 04: 30 minutes of HIIT cardio on the stair-master & 30 minutes of HIIT cardio on the treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10 minutes stretching;

Thursday 05: 30 minutes HIIT cardio on stair-master & 30 minutes HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10mins stretching;

Friday 06 (has photo): 1stworkout: 60 minutes of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training including 10 sets of chin-ups/pull-ups; 2ndworkout: 145 minutes of boxing training (38 rounds) with 100 reps of hanging legs raises;

Saturday 07: 30 minutes of HIIT cardio on the stair-master & 30 minutes of HIIT cardio on the treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (legs & shoulders), 10 minutes stretching;

Sunday 08: Rest day.
