Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy, who recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary on August 31, attended Duran Duran’s concert and met the band.

English rock band (1978-present) Duran Duran is in the US with their “Future Past – North American Tour 2023”. The tour features special guests Nile Rodgers and Chic, and Bastille.

On September 1st, the band performed in Chicago (IL), and Donnie Wahlberg’s wife Jenny McCarthy along with Jared Paul, surprised Wahlberg with the concert, which they attended with friends.

In an Instagram post, Wahlberg said, “Thank you for the surprise @jennymccarthy and @jaredaripaul! Thanks to @bradwavra and everyone at @livenation for making one of this young (and still aspiring) man’s dreams come true. 🙏🏼❤️💫 ps – Happy Anniversary Ed & Karen! 💫”

Nile Rodgers is an American record producer, guitarist, and composer, and the co-founder of Chic.

Wahlberg wrote, “Nile, quite simply one of the greatest musical geniuses the world has ever known (and I only that to one musical genius). To say that I know him (even a little bit) after decades of loving the music he has performed/produced and been such an integral part of creating — is absolutely mind blowing to me. Truly a magical and lovely human being. 🤯 #CQForever ❤️”
