- homeowners,
- within a 45 minute drive from Ipswich, MA
- who are comfortable allowing and experienced designer renovate their space
- who are willing and able to move of their home during the build
- home or farmhouse must be pre-1970’s in need of a gut-job
- budget: homeowners must have a secured renovation budget of $150K+
