On Friday night, Joey McIntyre and the cast of “The Wanderer” worked to get the show to Broadway. And on Saturday, Joey made it to Broadway when he joined the stage of the new musical written and performed by Josh Gad and Andrew Rannells.
Joey wrote on his Instagram Stories,
“So spent my week doing my part to get our show @wanderermusical to Broadway and ended my week on Broadway – Different show. Altho it was about getting a show to Broadway. And perhaps karmically, I played the guy who gets it there!!”
“Gutenberg! The Musical!” has had a rotating list of celebrity guest stars in the role of The Producer. This week, it was a parade of legends: Steve Martin and Martin Short, and Billy Cristal! (on Friday)
And then on Saturday, our very own Joey McIntyre! Joey posted the clip writing, “I told myself to project. Which on the day was just me screaming. Til next time @joshgad and @andrewrannells!! You are both legends!”
Josh Gad reposted Joey’s story and responded, “No, @joeymcintyre You sir are the legend!”
