At 8.00am sharp – as promised – Joey started streaming from his place in LA while he was still drinking his morning coffee. He meditated (for five minutes) and chatted with fans in a 30-minutes online gathering.

He says he is no expert or teacher, and with that in mind he explains that – to meditate – he sits and listen to whatever sound is near him because the biggest thing for him is stillness. He usually do it for fifteen minutes.
