Joey McIntyre in Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" Has an Opening Date!

We’ve been waiting for months! We saw the script; we saw him practicing in Central Park; and now we’ve got a date for a Mac Date!

Since Joey shared on October that he was about to audition for a Shakespeare play, we spent two months crossing our fingers and sending our best vibes to the Universe. Then we took a peek at a photo of the script and yelled,“Twelfth Night, or What You Will!” (ok, those of us who are Broadway lovers ????)

Then on November, Joey McIntyre gave us another hint: from a Central Park bench he shared an Instagram Story saying, “On an NYC park bench practicing Shakespeare. Not a bad afternoon.” And we said, “Yes, he got it!”

Now… Drum roll please, because he has finally made it official. From January 11 to February 12, 2020, Joey will play “Orsino” in this romantic comedy by Shakespeare, at the Two River Theater in New Jersey. Official opening will take place on January 17.
