Joey McIntyre to Make a Guest Appearance on ABC’s The Goldbergs

Joey McIntyre will be featured in The Goldbergs once again, but this time “for real.”

“The Goldbergs” is an ABC comedy that follows the life of a family from Pennsylvania in the 80s. Back in 2015, on its second season, the show payed tribute to the New Kids On The Block when Barry (Troy Gentile) and Adam (Sean Giambrone) – after having found out Erica (Hayley Orrantia)’s NKOTB’s memorabilia – decide to torture her by shooting a remake of a New Kids on the Block video.

Now, on the upcoming 16th episode of the 9th season of the show, guess star Joey McIntyre will appear as a character that hasn’t been announced yet.

The plot for the episode, according IMDb reads, “Barry and his friends try to reclaim their youth by forming a boy band, but they quickly learn they aren’t kids anymore. Meanwhile, Adam has the keys to Erica’s downtown apartment but realizes he’s not cut out for city life.”

Joey McIntyre kicked off his “Solo Joe Summer Tour 2023” (US leg) on July 7 in San Antonio, Texas.

Previously, Joey McIntyre performed in Europe on June 19 (Ireland), June 21 (Germany) and June 23 & 24 in London (UK). On June 29 and 30, he joined the New Kids On The Block to perform in California at the Yaamava’ Theater.
