Is Big Time Rush Going to Join NKOTB on the 2024 Tour?

This afternoon, Donnie Wahlberg posted on his Instagram Stories photos from Big Time Rush’s concert, feeding the buzz that started last year: NKOTB could be joined by Big Time Rush on their upcoming tour.

Big Time Rush (BTR) is an American pop music boy band formed in 2009. The group is composed of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega.

They had a peculiar beginning. Back in 2009, Nickelodeon signed Big Time Rush to a record deal simultaneously with the television series, Big Time Rush. The TV show ran from November 2009 to July 2013. A year later, in 2014, the band stopped performing until 2021, when released the single “Call It Like I See It” and resumed live performances.

Recently, on June 2, Big Time Rush released its fourth studio album “Another Life”, which is also the first studio album the band has released under their own independent label, Bought The Rights, and BMG. That day the band performed at Citi Concert Series. “Big”, right?

With over a million followers on their official Instagram account, @BigTimeRush, these days they are sharing their life on the road. On June 22, the band kicked off the “Can’t Get Enough Tour”.

Donnie Wahlberg attended their concert in Tinley Park (IL) at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater (IG/creditunion1amp).He shared two photos, one with the band and another one showing the crowd and tagging Jared Paul. This second photo, was taken by NKOTB’s photographer Paris Visone.

Could it be that Big Time Rush is going to join the New Kids On The Block on the 2024 tour? It’s a buzz! And it started last year, when Big Time Rush attended NKOTB’s Mixtape Tour 2022.

So… What do you think?
