Working Out with Danny Wood | Ed 19/22

Danny Wood keeps raising the bar! This week he began with 45 minutes of cardio and ended with 60. 

Monday 27, in LA: 45 minutes of HIIT cardio on the treadmill, 30 minutes strength training (back & biceps) and 10 minutes stretching;

Tuesday 28, in LA: 44 minutes of HIIT cardio on the treadmill (5.50 miles), 30 of minutes strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10 minutes stretching;

Wednesday 29, in San José: 60 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair master, 30mins of strength training (chest, triceps & abs) and 10 minutes stretching; at @24hourfitness;

Thursday 30, in Sacramento: 60 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (back & biceps) and 10 minutes stretching; at @24hourfitness;

Friday 31, in Portland: 60 minutes of cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10 minutes stretching;

Saturday 01, in Portland: 65 minutes of cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10 minutes stretching.

Sunday 02, in Portland: 60 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (back & biceps) including 10 sets of pull-ups/chin-ups!
